It all started when I Wanted to take up Electrical Engineering at Uni Tech [PNG University of Technology] but life has gotten the best of me, got no offer [to study at unitech] but Don Bosco has give me a Second chance in life to prove my self that "I am here for a purpose", Don Bosco once said ' Admiora Natus" meaning Born For greater things, cut the story short, Mainland Holdings come to the rescue and has given me the opportunity to complete my 4 years of Apprenticeship after 3 years of applying, under the Training Management of Thomas Wangisause, I was blessed to be selected to lead the team of 5x Electrical apprentices including myself down to POMTECH for our Block Courses, the journey of being a leader starts from there, as a bosconian[graduate of Don Bosco Technology Institute], being a servant leader is our virtue, not by choice but by heart, after completing my 4 years of Apprenticeship, Another Door opens, being granted a scholarship with APTC to acquire my Cert III in Electro- Technology was just an jcing on the.

Porgera Joint Venture was my Mining Choice since technical College days, guess what? I got an Offer straight after completing my 4 years of apprenticeship. That's where my Career starts as a Mining Electrician, started in the world toughest place to work in" UNDERGROUND MINE" where I gain my Knowledge, confidence and experience as an Mine Electrician under the one of the Best Superintendent (Brian Watkins) I've ever worked with, who believe in me and gave #mining #technology #electrical #work #team #team #team me the opportunity to start my career with Porgera [gold mine].
