This prestigious scholarship offers comprehensive coverage, including tuition, accommodation, healthcare, living expenses, and travel costs. Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of ¥3,000 for Master’s programs and ¥6,000-¥7,000 for PhD programs.

Launched in 2019, the ANSO Scholarship aims to nurture young scientists globally through degree programs supporting 100-200 Master’s students and 300 PhD students annually. Administered by the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations (ANSO), the program fosters international collaboration in science and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Not hold Chinese citizenship.
- Meet the admission criteria of USTC or UCAS.
- Be proficient in English or Chinese.
- Be born after January 1, 1995 (Master’s) or January 1, 1990 (PhD).
- Not already enrolled in a similar degree program in China.

Interested candidates must submit their applications through the USTC or UCAS admission system before the deadline. Applicants should select the "CAS-ANSO Scholarship" option and, if eligible, indicate interest in the ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship during the process.
