Accountant
Embark on a 2-year program, working side-by-side with top financial industry leaders. You'll gain invaluable exposure to a range of exciting disciplines including Financial Reporting, Commercial Finance, Tax and Treasury, and Internal Audit. Furthermore, our program financially supports graduates to obtain their CA or CPA qualification, equipping them with a valuable and prestigious credential.
Health and Safety
Be at the fore front of our Safety operations and gain hands on experience in Risk Management, Incident Management, Audit Assurance and Occupational Health. You’ll get a chance to learn about our cutting-edge safety strategy and how it applies in our organisation, giving you an unparalleled insight into the vital role safety plays in our business.
Business

As a graduate, you'll play a key role in developing innovative digital solutions for our customers and employees, all while gaining fantastic exposure to a wide range of digital tools, skills, and frameworks.
Information Technology (IT) - Sime Darby Industrial
Our bespoke IT Graduate Program is designed to equip you with the fundamental skills needed to excel in your career. Gaining exposure to a variety of IT services, such as software design and development, network management, cybersecurity, and system analysis.
