Eligibility:
Open to both Canadian and international students
Applicable to students admitted or currently enrolled in research-based Master's programs (within the first two years) or Doctoral programs (within the first four years) at Concordia University
Application Process:
- No separate application is required.
- Prospective students are automatically considered for the Merit Scholarship upon submission of their admission application.
- Current students should consult their Graduate Program Director (GPD) for information on the application process.
📅 Important Dates
- Application Deadline: Aligned with the admissions deadline for the respective program.
💰 Disbursement Details
- Payment Schedule: Scholarship payments are issued five (5) working days after the Deadline for New Enrolment (DNE) date of each term, contingent upon full-time registration confirmation.
- Payment Method: Funds are applied directly to the student's university account to offset outstanding tuition and fees.
- Refund Process: If a credit balance remains, students may request a refund by cheque through their Student Centre. Refund cheques are mailed to the student's address on file within 10 business days after the refund request is processed.
