INSTRUCTIONS Guidelines
APPLICANTS ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
- A separate Application Form must be submitted for each program. Completed Application Forms should accompany copies of credentials and the original receipt for the payment of the Application Fee of K250. Application Fees should be paid into University of Papua New Guinea A/C No.1000583572, BSP Bank, Waigani.
- Post Graduate Applicants to School of Business and Public Policy (SBPP) programs must refer to SBPP Post Graduate advertisement on UPNG website for application processing fee and eligibility criteria. Call Lisa on 3267 299 for more information.
- Before choosing your preferred program, please go to our UPNG website www.upng.ac.pg and navigate through our admission and eligibility requirements to all our programs using the links provided. This will inform you of your eligibility to a particular program.
- Online Application Steps -
- Pay Appropriate Application Fee at the Bank. Choose the Applicant Category (New Applicant or Re-Enrolling) and fill in the rest of the details correctly in this sign up form. Once, you submit the sign up form, you will receive an email on the email address provided in this form with the URL and login credentials to login to the UPNG applicant portal. Login to applicant portal and submit your application online. Further scan your documents, certificates, application fee receipts and other relevant documents and upload from the applicant portal.
- Successful candidates will be notified through email and selection list will be published on UPNG website. If your name is not on the Final List, it means that your application for admission in 2023 is unsuccessful. All information regarding 2023 Fees, Registration & Orientation will be included in the acceptance letter which will be sent to you by email.
- Manual Applications without any record of online submission WILL NOT be considered.
